v Dear Kay, As I have told you on the phone, Mr Zachel is growing increasingly impatient about the lack of news about his belongings. I received from him today via email a scanned in letter, which I believe he has sent to the Governor John Podmore yesterday. Just in case Mr Podmore did not receive it, I attach it to this message. I really would appreciate to hear from you at the earliest possible moment that the belongings of Mr Zachel have been secured, before Mr Zachel takes this any further.
v +I also attach a letter to Mr Podmore to this email (as pdf file) with comments about the other matters Mr Zachel has raised.
v Many thanks for your understanding and assistance kind.
v As always my very best wishes to you

0Dear SabineThank you for your note below. The Governor has now personally got involved in requesting advice on the whereabouts of Mr Zachel's possessions and has asked that information be relayed to him by the end of this week. With regard to Mr Zachel's monies in his prison account - I have been advised by our Head of Finance that the bank charges incurred by transferring Mr Zachel's money would exceed the balance. However, the monies could be sent in an insured package. If you wish to pursue this please liase with Jacqui Ceglowski, our Head of Finance, on 020 8588 6198.I hope to supply you with more information shortly. With best wishes-----Original Message-----=======================================================================

Dear Sir / Madam,

As I learned from Mrs. Sabine C. ZANKER ( Fair Trial Abroad ) you told her that :

1 -): I could have token my belongings with me on the flight to South Africa
2 -): I was not injected with some kind of drugs and
3 -): I was not unconscious during the flight to South Africa

W E L L:

Let me explain to you what really happened on this Friday the 19th of February 2005;

To 1 a-): The S.O. of the Reception (name unknown but recognisable) came, together with a nurse in my cell
: And told me that I would be extradited to South Africa the very same day,
b-): he (the S.O. ) informed me that I had to sort out my belongings while it was not permitted to take
: My possessions with me to RSA.

to 2 a- ): in the late afternoon he came back, together with a nurse from the hospital - wing ( name also unknown
: to me but recognisable ) AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAT TO GIVE ME AN INJECTION TO CALM DOWN:

b- ): the nurse injected me with same kind of drugs and from that moment I can't remember anything.
c- ): I even don't know how I came out of my cell, how to the Airport, in the Aeroplane.
to 3 a- ): I don't remember the flight, the arrival in RSA or what ever happened to me there
b- ): I woke up on the 3rd of March 2005 in a bed at Pretoria Central Prison, Hospital wing and
c- ): I have until today's day no memory at all what happened to me during the this lost time

How can you tell Mrs. Sabine C. Zanker these lies?!, or is it while you don't know the whole truth?!.

1- I was dressed be people unknown to me,
2- had O N L Y a SLEEP SUIT on, and with this
3- I had to go to the Court and
4- on the 18th of March 2005 to the German Embassy
5- To the Airport, fly to Zurich.

ONLY DRESSED WITH A S L E E P S U I T

NOT FUNNY AT ALL.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Until now I was willing ( and I still do ) to solve this matter in a civilised way but, if there is no other way I will take your establshment and the Home Office to Court

Since the 20th of March I try to get my possessions back, but your employees REFUSE this.

My Instructions to dispose over my belongings in case I would die were clear but

I DID N O T DIE.

I am still alive and I want all my belongings back, my books, my clothing, radio, discs cassettes, glasses, false teeth's, files, folders, documents and correspondence and my goods, in total

SEVEN BOXES IN FORMAT CA: 40 x 60 x 100 cm.

Please don't tell me they can't be found, this size of boxes you can't hardly overlook

I expect my possessions to get back in my hand at latest the

18th of Mai 2005,

that`s three months after I had to leave, against my will, HMP Brixton. Time enough to sort it out.

If there are any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me be fax or Email, thank you.

My regards

Manfred J. Zachel

MY JOURNEY OF HELL

Mrs. Kay Featherstone Assistante to Mr. John Podmore,
First Governor of Brixton Prison, explained in an E-Mail to Mrs. Sabine C. Zanker of “FAIR TRIAL ABROAD” that I:

a. Could have token my belongings with me on the flight to South Africa
b. Was not injected with some kind of drugs
c. Was not unconscious as I left the Prison and
d. Was not unconscious during the flight to RSA

HOW CAN SHE TELL THESE LIES TO MRS. ZANKER, IST IT
WHILE SHE DON’T KNOW THE TRUTH !!!!!!!

I was dressed be people unknown to me, had only a sleep suit on as I woke up in South Africa (RSA)

e. and with this I had to go to Court on the 18th of March 2005-10-11
f. And after 10 minutes of court hearing, only an agreement had to be signed, no court hearing, no Jury, no evidence, no witnesses, nothing at all of this what belongs to REGULAR COURT HEARING
g. Had, after these show to go to the German Embassy to regain a 5 days passport
h. To the Airport and fly to Zuerich, where I checked my bank account and
i. To fly to Frankfurt

AND THAT ALL; ONLY DRESSED WITH A SLEEP SUIT

NOT FUNNY AT ALL

THAT IS THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT WHAT HAT HAPPENED TO ME
ON MY EXTRADITION

FROM;

BRIXTON PRISON
